Cigars come from the family of cigarettes and are much more demanded in high-class societies. Cigars are rather heavy tasting cigarettes than normal cigarettes, and can’t be used randomly. Companies making tobacco products are very much conscious about their name and packaging. They really care about the appearance of their products and like to apply innovative ideas on their product advertisements. Cigars are not only nicotine addiction but also a form of a style icon nowadays. Attractive and colorful packagings are never ignored. All the tobacco companies love to have their cigar packagings more dignified and appealing than other cigar companies. These cigar packs must have an eye-catchy design on their cardboard boxes to attract more customers. Cigars are mostly considered as great gifting products among many high-class groups of people. Cigars are made with highly effective herbs and flavors, so they are not used by many people. Instead, they are gifted and presented as a friendly gesture to people with higher ranks or posts, who are regular cigar smokers or like it hard to smoke. Multiple Cigar Packagings Types:Every product has its way of being packed properly according to its size, weight, and proportions. Heavy material is packed in solid, strong cardboard boxes while lightweight materials have lightweight surrounding boxes with appealing designs. The same is with our cigar packagings; they have their unique way of packing to look more appealing. These boxes are meant to represent the cigar’s image perfectly; that’s why they are specially customized by professionals. Cigar packaging customization allows a few different types, which are as follows: The Dress Box: the most common type of cigar packaging that normally has the space of 25 cigars in it. It is also called the standard box, current box, semi-plain box or labeled box. The design of this box is mainly made with special paper labels. Till the year 1970, these boxes were made with complete solid cedar veneered plywood. The dressing of paper around the box makes a hinge and the lid of the box is fixed with a nail. The cigars in this box usually are stacked, but some may be packed in foils. Slide Lid Box: This box contains around 25 to 50 cigars along with unvarnished timber material. It’s packed in a bundle and is usually tied with a ribbon of silk. Around the year 1997, the timber box changed from the solid material cedar veneered plywood. Its short name is cab for cabinet box. These cigars are not stacked but packed in a bundle form and tied up with a silky ribbon. Some cigars with discounted deals or different releases may be found in layers inside these boxes. Varnished Slide Lid Boxes: it’s the same as the normal slide boxes, but the difference is the varnish to all the sides of the box, except the bottom part. Semi Boite Nature Boxes: this is an unvarnished timber box that can have about 10,24,25 or 50 cigars in round shape and in layers. This box contains a lid that is flat hinged, meaning it has no sealing collars, along with some metal hinges that are fitted with brooch clasp. They also have another their varnished type, but they also are not varnished from the base. Boite Nature Boxes: This box also contains layered cigars with varnished finished cedar timber box. It has side collars to cover the sides along with a brooch clasp to seal the box. Lacquered Boite Nature Boxes: These boxes are made with opaque lacquered gloss black finish and have the same features as the above box. Other than these, there are many more types of packagings that cigars are presented in, and all of them are unique and demandable. Manufacturers and Buyers of Cigar Packagings: Companies providing cigar packagings are found near any big city. Especially where there are bars and clubs or markets for special products like cigarettes, drinks and other adult products. These items are not allowed for young people; that’s why these markets are built away in private areas so that they won’t be in the reach of every person. Cigar packagings also contain cardboard boxes or wooden style hard boxes that can be used to present in the store shelves or to give someone a friendly gift. It depends on how much or how many cigars you wish to pack in these boxes. If you are a store owner, you will have different kinds of cigar packs around your store in different quantities, as people often like different amounts in one go. Some may like to have them in a big pack, and some may buy them occasionally. These packs are easily available in customized options at the companies providing these boxes with design options and logo makings.
