Created in the 1960s, the festival is one of the youngest but has attracted growing interest over the years. Since then, it's a spectacular show that is taking place in the beautiful Notting Hill district where colors, costumes and party add to the magic of London décor. Dunkirk With that of Nice, the Carnival of Dunkirk is among the most popular in France.
