This may be pertaining to your past termination or lay off or the reasons for leaving the previous job etc. One has to be very careful while answering such negative interview questions as chances for doing more harm than good to one’s prospect is always there. This is because you may inadvertently display attitudes that will raise warning signals for your interviewer.
