Email and social media are easy to check from any device that has long been connected. We went from putting a tweet on the mobile to seeing the comments on the computer or tablet without any problem, but with WhatsApp this has always been very complicated.

The Facebook messaging application finally seems ready to give more facilities to its users who until now had very few options to use the application. From WABetaInfo they have found a beta version of what would be a new support to be able to install WhatsApp on different devices such as an iPad.

Let us remember that for the moment, if we want to use this application on other devices than our main mobile, we must resort to WhatsApp Web . First, it is necessary to link the web version with the mobile application that is linked to our SIM card. Both devices must be connected to the network, either by WiFi or by mobile data to be able to share the messages that arrive or that we send.

With this new support that they are developing, it would not be necessary to do all this process. We could have a connection to WhatsApp from 4 different devices , even if our mobile phone was off at that time. That is what is perceived from the beta version for Android 2.20.196.8 that WABetaInfo has accessed.

A touching the menu key, you can see the new option Paired devices (Linked Devices), located between New broadcast messages and highlights. Clicking on it leads to a new section where the different devices connected to the same WhatsApp account are displayed . it also indicates when those devices were last paired and if we want to log out of them.

What is not yet known is how we can link these devices with the account that we have active in the mobile application. Very possibly it is in the same way as the system that WhatsApp Web uses, with a QR code and a notification that warns us of the link, in case someone is usurping our account.

After launching this new support, it is rumored that the company will announce the creation of an application for iPad . WhatsApp currently has 2 million users  using their group chat, emojis and gifs to communicate. It has been one of the most used communication tools in quarantine and also the one most affected by hoaxes and false news about the pandemic.

After creating hoax control systems , preventing messages from being forwarded in a massive way or presenting a search chatbot to confirm the information they send us , the company has returned to focus on improving its application.

We recently knew about a new function that allows us to silence the heaviest chat groups forever and now we will be aware of when this new support will be launched, which offers us the possibility of being aware of all messages without depending exclusively on the mobile.
